It's been long enough since I last played that I'm largely missing the specific Improved Atmosphere changes, but there's a few things I've noticed and liked (animals around the camp, for example) and do definitely feel a general subtle sense of things being different and a little more interesting. I haven't noticed any sniping between the other pairs of LIs. The first two work as expected, the only obvious relationship related inconsistency I've noticed is Morrigan and Leliana jealously sniping at each other, which is especially surreal since Leliana is the only love interest my Warden isn't interested in. Did I mention I started a new Dragon Age Origins playthrough with the Complete Bi Overhaul, Polygamey, and Improved Atmosphere mods? It's been great.
